This endpoint allows you to grant a user any account level role: Administrator, Project Manager, or User.
A user can only have one account level role. To change a user's account level role, assign them the roleid of the new role, and it will overwrite the old one.
Permissions
Only an ADMINISTRATOR can modify any other user's account level role.
