What is the endpoint to share a quick link?

The help page http://docs.mediasilo.com/docs/share-a-quicklink does not say what the endpoint for this request is, or the url parameters.
I have tried various requests such as
https://api.mediasilo.com/v3/quicklinks/share
https://api.mediasilo.com/v3/quicklinks/quicklinkId/share
without success.
Also, what is the targetObjectId payload parameter?
